The 36 audio files cover the listening section: 4 files that run a whole part from start to finish, 28 files with one question each for going back over your mistakes, and 4 example files. You can take them as a ZIP or one file at a time.
Sit it the way you will sit the real exam
- The same sections and the same time limits — 25, 55 and 35 minutes
- The pauses for writing your answers match the real exam. We measured the audio of the
official sample questions and matched the timing to it, so you can play a whole part through without stopping the file. Pause it and you lose the thing you are practising
- The answer sheet is made to be photocopied, so you can sit the same set again later, or
give it to a class

Every question here is newly written to the format of the current N4. No past exam material is reproduced.

About the other sets
There are five sets. They are the same format, the same number of questions and the same length — the questions are different, the difficulty is not. If you plan to sit more than one, the five-set pack works out cheaper per set than buying them one at a time.

本番が近づいてきたころに解く 1 本として。最初から最後まで、時間をきっちり計って解いてください。 この時期に点を決めるのは、たいてい文法よりも時間配分のほうです。

全 98 問。解説は日本語と英語の両方を載せています。
音源 36 本は聴解のためのものです。大問をまるごと通して流す音源が 4 本、まちがえた問を聞き直す ための 1 問ずつの音源が 28 本、「れい」が 4 本。ZIP でまとめて受け取ることも、1 本ずつ受け取ることも できます。
本番と同じ解き方ができます
- 区分も試験時間も本番と同じ（25 分・55 分・35 分）
- 答えを書く間まで本番に合わせてあります。公式のサンプル問題の音源を実測して間を合わせたので、
大問はまるごと止めずに流して解けます。途中で止めてしまうと、練習になるところが抜けてしまいます
- 解答用紙はコピーして使う前提で作っています。同じセットを後日もう一度解くこともできますし、

ほかのセットについて
セットは全部で 5 つあります。形式も問題数も分量も同じで、違うのは問題そのものです。難しさを 変えてはいません。2 つ以上解く予定なら、5 セットまとめたパックのほうが 1 セット当たりは安くなります。
