These terms govern your use of this site (https://yamaco.work), operated by AOGUMI LLC (“we”, “us”). By purchasing a product on this site, you (“you”) agree to these terms. The Japanese version is the authoritative text.
1. Products
The products sold on this site are digital content in the following formats.
- Study materials and drills in PDF format
- Audio materials in MP3 format
- Video lessons viewed through unlisted links
You may download or view your purchase as soon as payment is completed.
2. What you may and may not do
You may
- Use the product yourself, for your own study (including printing PDFs)
- Use the product in classes, lessons or workshops that you run or teach
- Print as many copies of a PDF as you need to hand out to participants in your own class
You may not
- Redistribute, share, transfer or resell the PDF or MP3 files themselves to anyone else
- Share or publish the unlisted video links
- Upload the product to the internet, social media, or file-sharing services
- Copy or modify the product and redistribute it commercially
- Remove or alter copyright notices
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the products belong to us or to the rightful owner.
3. Free content
This site provides audio files and other materials free of charge to readers of our published books. The restrictions in Section 2 apply to this free content as well. We may change or discontinue free content without notice.
4. Payment
Payment is by credit card (Stripe) and is charged immediately. Prices are shown on each product page including Japanese consumption tax.
5. Returns and refunds
Because these are digital products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after purchase. However, if a file is damaged, cannot be downloaded, or a video cannot be viewed, please contact us at the address below. We will deal with it in good faith.
6. Downloads
Download links have the following limits.
- Valid for 7 days from the time the link is issued
- Up to 5 downloads per file
These limits exist to discourage unauthorised redistribution. If your link expires or you run out of downloads, if you change devices or lose your files, or if a download does not work, please contact us. We will reissue it free of charge.
7. Disclaimer
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the results of using our products, including whether you pass an examination.
- The same applies if this site becomes unavailable because of network or system failures.
- Problems caused by your own device or software environment may fall outside our support.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as necessary. Revised terms take effect when they are published on this site.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any dispute relating to this site will be submitted to the Osaka District Court as the court of exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance.
